The language of instruction for all study programmes at TTK UAS is Estonian. You can study selected subjects in English as a visiting student (semester studies). You can choose subjects of your interest from our different study programmes. The courses offered in English for the 2022/23 academic year can be consulted here.

If you need assistance with settling in Estonia, we recommend turning first to the refugee reception centre that provides first aid to people who have fled the war in Ukraine. The centres offer counselling services, first aid, clothing and other assistance if necessary, and free accommodation. The reception centres will be located in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, and Rakvere.
